This month's user recipe comes
from Sister Alison in White Plains who has invented amazing spicy
polenta. Although she didn't know it when she made the recipe,
polenta is a common African food, called Sadza in Zimbabwe, sima
in Malawi, and mieelie pap in South Africa. This just goes to
show that all the wide world over, great chefs think alike!
